收工同朋友嚟到元朗好多嘢食嘅鳳攸南街,從元朗站行過去大約5分鐘。餐廳空間唔算大,但裝修簡潔,配搭柔和特色嘅枱燈,充滿溫馨氣氛,店內設有半露天座位,坐喺度食飯特別寫意。店員服務態度親切有禮,感覺好舒服。慢烤美國穀飼BBQ醬豬斧頭扒用上美國穀飼豬肉並以低溫慢烤方式烹調,令肉質保持多汁且軟嫩,烤得外脆內嫩,肉質非常juicy,每一啖都充滿濃郁嘅BBQ醬香味,配菜比較特別嘅係番薯蓉,中和一下油膩感大啡菇蘆筍黑松露野菌意大利飯野菌嘅香氣配上黑松露嘅獨特味道,完美結合,加上大啡菇嘅嫩滑多汁同清甜蘆筍,口感豐富。飯嘅質感亦都軟硬適中蒜香辣味鹹牛脷厚切鹹牛脷得厚薄適中,口感非常淋嫩,蒜香同辣味配搭得好好,唔會太過刺激,每一啖都好有層次感
