To fight against the COVID-19 together, this time we decided to buy takeaways for eating lunch at home. Given the name of the restaurant, of course we had to try out their 特色椰香海南雞飯. It was priced at $43 which was not too expensive. The Hainanese chicken on top contained both thigh and breast which went quite well with the accompanying sweet & sour sauce. The coconut-milk-flavoured
rice was pretty good as it was appropriately moist, and smelt and tasted very rich of coconut milk. The side dish which was green papaya salad was
surprisingly good and big in portion. There were quit e a lot of green papaya and carrot shreds and cherry tomatoes bottomed by a slice of fresh lettuce. It was slightly spicy and was pretty appetizing and healthy!

Given its name, we also decided to try this signature 豬手飯. It was even cheaper at just $36. There were 4 pieces of 豬手 bottomed by a
slice of lettuce with some accompanying plain rice. The 豬手 were not those super tender type and were actually pretty elastic and needed a
little bit of chewing. They were very well-seasoned and were tasty! Very rich in collagen yet not overly fatty. The lettuce bottoming the 豬手 was
fresh too.

There was an option to top up the mains at $18 to get a soup. The soup of the day was actually 青紅蘿蔔馬蹄抗炎素湯. It was very hot even when we started to eat after getting home because the container was very good in preventing heat loss. It was super super clear and oil-free and was strong in green radish and carrots. It would have been better if there were some ingredients in the soup.

There was a choice to top up the mains at $15 to get more veggies for a healthier lunch. It was choy sum during our visit. They were fresh and nicely boiled without over-cooking. They added some soy sauce as flavor enhancer.
Overall, we were quite content with the quality of the food and prices were not expensive.
