最近得知這裏是新開的粵菜酒吧,今晚便專程來到了。紫醉小炒王$138,有腰果、蝦乾、白飯魚乾、魷魚鬚、菜脯和少許辣椒絲。其中以白飯魚炸得很香脆惹味,蝦乾亦蝦味十足。招牌八寶石岐乳鴿$168,用了八寶鴨的方法烹煮,乳鴿內的糯米吸收了乳鴿的味道,非常好味。椒鹽九肚魚$118,九肚魚外脆內軟,如果炸漿再薄一點更好。黑磗豆腐$98,看上去像黑炭一樣,原來是豆腐,外脆內軟,用來佐酒就非常適合。Mojito$78,薄荷葉味道十足,容易入口,和粵菜很配合。Nothing$68,酒精濃度不算很高,充滿了熱帶風情,非常好味。
