To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

北角書局街新開左間粉麵店，原來依家粉麵店仲可以外賣火鍋拼盤添，咁打邊爐嘅時候就可以食到最靚嘅火鍋配料，唔使淨係幫襯一般嘅凍肉舖，而家錢都只係$108仲有四款湯底選擇，而家仲送埋魚皮添，喺屋企打邊爐就食得安心又健康啦今日就入嚟試吓佢啲粉麵先先叫咗個小食係炸墨魚丸一共有六粒，配埋個酸甜醬墨魚丸係手打嘅，所以食落會比較彈牙之後仲叫咗個撈粗麵配料我就揀咗牛雜，入邊有牛肚、牛腸、牛蒡，仲配埋金菇肥牛添，呢個組合都比較少有另外仲雙拼左個魚角水餃河粉我就最鍾意食呢個牛三寶，因為可以食到最爽脆嘅牛腩，仲有忟到好淋嘅牛筋、牛肚、蘿蔔，下面仲有啲生菜添
