To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽聞剛剛早前在荃灣廣場新開了桃小品餐廳, 一於去試吓, 位於地庫位置, 招牌十分搶眼, 裝修甚具氣氛, 坐位分佈舒適 , 侍應服務不錯, 有禮貎地介紹各種美食, 我哋好快點了土魷香菇蒸肉餅, 不需十分鐘已熱辣辣送上, 份量剛剛好, 甚多土魷和馬蹄,口感一流; 另外也點了菠蘿蜜桃咕嚕肉 係我至愛,甜酸味均衡, 咕嚕肉啖啖肉,已預先去骨了, 口感相當豐富, ; 最後加了枝竹羅白牛腩煲, 放上枱時滾熱辣, 香味膿烈, 牛腩十分鬆化入味 , 枝竹盡是吸收了牛腩汁味, 真的要加多兩碗飯了餐廳環境舒適, 食物整體不論在外觀和味道都相當有水準 加上價錢合理 相信好會再光臨的.
