二人餐$298泰式古法煲仔翅 「集腋成裘」大概就係呢個煲仔翅嘅意思。將冬菇、魚唇、金華火腿、金菇等等材料平均咁融合喺一個煲入面,真係太好食啦唔會過濃變鹹,而係啖啖都食到食材精華,不過可能部份食材(魚唇?)未浸發得透,有啲位咬唔到.碎肉生菜包(雞肉)酸酸辣辣的雞肉碎,一個字,「開胃」~想讚佢嘅生菜,呢度選用西生菜,本身菜葉都成個兜型咁,好容易包住雞肉餡~.炒鮮蝦金邊粉大份夾得食,入邊仲有四五隻大嘅蝦,肉質食落幾結實,金邊粉炒得算乾身,之前食過出面好多都過濕架.芒果白糯米飯喺糖水鋪/街市泰式小食鋪頭食到嗰啲芒果糯米飯嘅糯米通常係凍食,而呢間餐廳嘅糯米飯係暖笠笠架,食落另有一番風味😇溫度將椰汁嘅甜度自然咁提升,芒果size中規中矩啦.泰式奶茶(熱) $26呢度係用碗裝奶茶,上檯見到奶茶bulu bulu起泡, 似係即叫即滾咁🤩飲落偏淡味,「甜」係泰式奶茶一大特色,但呢碗完全同個甜字扯唔上關係,反而奶味行先,突顯唔到甜甜的茶味🥲.椰青🧉 $38有個疑問就係點解喺泰國飲嘅嘢青係唔清甜但係喺香港飲嘅反而係幾清甜好飲的,真係諗唔通唔明🙁唔多講椰青真係好好飲,食得泰國餐廳一定要叫😙.
