為左幫好朋友慶祝生日今晚請左佢去天后一間意大利菜餐廳食飯叫左三款前菜開開胃先意式薯仔蛋餅加蟹肉碎配烘底土耳其多士啖啖蟹肉碎好過癮,薯仔蛋餅焗得好香脆吞拿魚刺身配以芥末油、牛油果粒簡單嘅調味突出返新鮮食材嘅味道慢熟海蝦,令蝦肉質地保持嫩滑配上檸檬汁同辣油,增添野味我地仲叫左Sparkling wine同White wine配住食主菜方面叫左香炸軟殼蟹配手造寬條麵同烤黑毛豬扒軟殼蟹炸得好鬆脆,食落唔覺得油膩手造寬條麵掛到新鮮蕃茄煮成嘅濃汁烤黑毛豬扒油香十足旁邊仲配有以意大利陳醋同蜂蜜煮成嘅小麥同提子甜品叫左Rhum baba係朗姆蛋糕加入提子乾、熱情果汁同手打奶油酸甜嘅熱情果汁十分開胃Etna tiramisu 變左一粒粒嘅蛋粒配上espresso、mousse同朱古力醬,幾特別整體嚟講,餐廳裝潢好舒服外面仲有個露台比大家飲酒chill約朋友飲返杯或者節日慶祝都唔錯!
