同朋友原本一心入去青衣食日本菜,去到先知餐廳改左新面貌,變成泰國菜館,一場入到去一於都品味下先返屋企,我地兩個人點左4款食物同飲品,食物唔洗十分鐘就巳經到哂,勁快手。第一款食物:泰式串燒(半打),我地選左豬和雞各3串,望落兩者分別唔大,我同朋友食落先估到,兩者肉質都比較實正,唔洗點醬食都巳經好入味,點下橙色既醬食味道就甜甜地。第二款食物:蝦醬炒通菜,放係枱上都不斷聞到蝦醬濃厚的味道,食落味道唔咸剛剛好,通菜口感鮮嫩滑溜。第三款食物:蟹肉炒粉絲(走芽菜),粉絲用左芹菜、洋蔥、彩椒、蛋和蔥伴炒,炒得乾爽,唔硬,雖然蟹肉份量唔多,但粉絲內散發啖啖的蟹香味,惹味得黎都幾好味,食到底仲無咩油份,$68蚊碟都算抵食。第四款食物:生牛肉湯金邊粉,生牛肉片份量都幾大塊,除左牛肉片仲有幾嚿蘿蔔同一些雪菜,加埋炸蒜同洋蔥,令湯底顏色變得啡濃。飲品方面食泰國菜當然叫返兩款有泰式味道既飲品啦,我同朋友分別叫左個椰青同咸檸檬梳打飲,透心涼,爽哂,為今晚晚餐劃上句號。
