閒日放工想飲兩杯,日式居酒屋係其中一個非常好既選擇,今次就係銅鑼灣附近覓食,之前行過門外都有留意依間居酒屋,今次就入去一試,入到去二話不說就點左杯黑啤解解渴,再慢慢睇下有咩好食。一開始就黎左串燒類食物,燒鯖魚燒到表面好香口,魚肉油份無流失。之後就係長蔥雞肉串同自家製免治雞肉棒,長蔥甜味好吸引,雞肉唔會燒到好干,點些少辣椒粉好夾,而自家製免治雞肉棒好好食,有雞軟骨係入面,外酥內脆口感好豐富,點少少鮮蛋黃令到雞肉棒加多份香滑。最後就係醬油燒飯團,淡淡既醬油味,有穀米係入面米香十足,飯焦香配酒一流。見到有和牛食當然要試下,揀左日本產霜降A4和牛燒,燒之前會比你睇下有幾多克先再燒,對我而言A4和牛比A5和牛更加好食,牛味同油份既比例適中,牛味香濃入口即溶。再黎火山熔岩桂魚卷,桂魚卷外脆飯軟,加芝士醬味道好濃,壽司都可以適合伴酒。最後就係野菜天婦羅盛合,比較特別既係有紅椒天婦羅,甜甜地幾好食。總結一下,居酒屋都可以食到新穎既菜式,非常適合三五知己飲番兩杯。
