黎到深水埗內街,離地鐵站都有8分鐘路程,揾到間鐵板燒牛,食法新穎,放一塊一成熟既牛,係塊高温鐵板上,食客可自行決定牛幾熟親身試過切出黎 再hi幾下塊鐵板就岩岩好喇。調味料好多,有燒汁,onion汁,不過我覺得最岩牛既都係純岩鹽,岩鹽咸度唔高可以落多少少,帶少少礦物既味道,帶出牛既牛味,起正另外,重口味既朋友可以再加埋佢個黑椒,鹽+黑朴椒呢個組合就絕對夠曬味,再加其他就反而太多。牛扒黎講,肉質唔錯,有牛味,絕對唔係快餐廳果d鬆肉粉牛,3-5成熟食就最嫩口。一分錢一分貨,西冷既牛味同嫩既程度就出過牛肩肉眼好多。以下係任食既食物1)沙律:唔錯,有番茄2)湯:少少似羅宋湯,味道可以3)飯:生熟程度都okay,粒粒分明
