To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

公司附近新開食店，招牌仲貼住紅紙，所以開頭都唔知間鋪叫咩名！今日食晏時間特登早啲去見識下，坐低見餐牌有鋪頭名「苡喬餐廳」唔太特別，英文名「EQ」就令人印象加深。餐牌清楚到一睇就明有咩食，符合晒商品說明條例。試咗腸仔肉醬意粉、咖哩雞扒烏冬同肉丸天使麵，先講餐湯羅宋湯，估唔到好足料，飲(食)完飽咗一半，烏冬先上，睇落無咩特別，有咖哩味，但雞扒就比附近餐廳大件，煎得好香；跟住肉丸天使麵，無諗過會有沙律菜同蕃薯片伴碟，成件事高貴咗，肉丸食落味唔濃有別一般餐廳，天使麵份量足，但略為'淋'咗啲；肉醬意粉出場，可能焗所以耐啲，同樣有律菜同蕃薯片伴碟，但重點係芝士，芝士同肉醬比列剛好，唔漏又唔會搶咗肉醬味，意粉仲唔係茶餐廳式發脹意粉，感覺好意式，係三款中最好食的，但肉醬好似加咗少少少少汁咁；最後飲凍檸賓超足料，飲到尾都唔好淡咗。總括嚟講係值得一試
