旺角新開左間專食新鮮牛既食店!男友好鐘意食牛,於是我地收工後就去試試佢估唔到6點半去到已經有數台客係度好好生意一入去見到既係牛唔同既部位,列出每個部位要涮幾耐!的確係一秒變專家另一令我嘩然既係餐廳有落地玻璃,清楚地睇住廚師切牛果然新鮮才是王道,真金不怕紅爐火餐牌全是牛自助調味區整齊有序湯底當然都係牛啦有數塊牛骨、栗米、羅卜等等好清既湯底,完全唔會影響到牛既鮮味匙柄!細心留意,每一隻裝牛肉既碟都列明係咩部位!好細心第一次食匙柄,原來係牛肚,牛腳上面既位置每一塊都有根位,喜歡有咬口的可以試試佢嫩肉!紋路好靚,好紅、好新鮮!呢碟好平均,只要十秒就可以食很不錯的部位呢個就係胸口,可以放耐少少油份十足,咬落有少少爽口!個人覺得好似食既脂方男友指明要叫呢個最後加多個牛丸!牛丸同樣好味,脆同爽口完成左一餐全牛既打邊爐 係正既買單396!
