復活節假期間慢慢享受一餐晚飯,天氣熱食日本料理最合適。村上居酒屋是一間中型居酒屋,有卡位,有間大約可坐二十幾人房,及大廳。環境清潔,舒適。先來個小食 燒鱈魚干 ,脆帶魚香味。有美食當然要有美酒,米酒都多選擇,我揀了玉乃光,帶米香,口感柔順,是很平易近人的清酒。特上刺身七品:仁佐鯛,拖羅,油甘魚,海膽,牡丹蝦及海膽。非常新鮮,鮮甜。必食。辣酒煮花螺,肉質爽脆,每粒花螺浸滿辣汁,用竹簽挑出來一啖一粒,下酒一流。 白蘿蔔完全浸入了花螺的甜味及辣味。鰻魚飯: 面層燒得焦香,魚肉肥有肉感,飯有咬口,鰻魚汁調得剛好。
