To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日朝早經過灣仔，見到新鮮出爐菠蘿包，好吸引大大個菠蘿包香噴噴都只係$7見有時間食埋個早餐先招牌沙嗲牛肉公仔麵配北海道3.6牛乳炒蛋、鮮牛油方包沙嗲牛肉份量好多牛肉有咬口，沙嗲味甜甜地，係好邪惡嘅早餐啊牛乳炒蛋加咗鮮奶係唔同啲，特別滑溜加兩蚊轉左多士 烘得好香脆另外揀咗扒餐飯燒豬扒配北海道3.6牛乳炒蛋同牛油餐包板燒豬扒餐除咗有大大塊豬扒，肉質爽口仲有香草腸同茄汁豆識咗一個咁豐富嘅早餐，真係好滿足啊！
