To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

元氣水準其實不是常常好，最近很久沒去，真的想食好少少，抗疫真是令人很抑鬱。選了下午茶時間，沒有很多人，每2個位有膠牌隔開，當然要選大滿足和新款吃。簡單必選:大吞拿，中吞拿，吞拿蓉-3款 $29價錢很便宜，吞拿口感軟綿，但師傅刀法……太超薄……一分錢一分貨珍寶白鳥貝壽司，海膽鮮尤壽司……白鳥爽口大件，像象拔蚌口感，超好吃蟹膏蟹肉軍腩好濃好鮮，啖啖蟹肉，完全不用豉油，原汁原味最好吃! 鰻魚牛油果壽司賣相很不錯，層層口感，很濃味道!大滿足必食之選!柚子辣凡立貝很厚身，鮮甜滿意!忘記名字，是魚來的，新出的款式，有燒過香味，魚肉厚身不腥，亦不需要用豉油。手機落單，以新幹線電動送來壽司，非常方便又快捷，而且減低和人接觸，真的比較安全衛生。
