To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實呢間已經係vip經常同雷哥去食嘅地唔係環境吸引而係因為 食物質素非常之高質話說雷哥個朋友生日我哋就整咗條靚嘅紅瓜子（魚）肉質鮮嫩 飽滿又滑： 再加上 餐廳 整得超好食蒸魚豉油淋落去嗰下味道啱啱好魚肉吸收曬 鮮甜 豉油嘅味道再加上魚既肉質啱啱好, 唔會過火 食出真嘅味道再加上整咗個 果子鴨 味道出眾酸甜再配上芋頭作精心配菜, 淡芋頭香, 啖啖鴨香口感超驚喜。生日更加要買啲特別嘅整咗條油鎚, 呢間餐廳完全可以整到一啲都唔腥肉質飽滿： 爆香咗嘅汁醬 味道完全爆炒曬滲曬入去肉入面真係冇得彈！仲有我覺得好驚喜嘅 黑椒炒蟹！肉質非常嫩滑啖啖肉！ 絕對好食過馬來西亞！胡椒唔會太刺激, 爆炒嘅肉汁滲曬入啲蟹肉度絕對可以食多幾碗飯！仲有最後 絕對唔會令人失望 辣椒鹽瀨尿蝦呢個絕對係王牌 去親一定要食超多肉超滑, 食完永生難忘！一定返焯絕對夠膽講好過三聖海鮮飯店鮮香味齊曬！。
