To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說都好耐冇飲茶，疫情嚴峻都怕怕。但係都要食，所以便去葵靑劇院果間翠園歎下茶。原來宜家翠園都用了QR code 下單，真先進。由於好耐冇歎一盅兩件，所以有點兒失控，兩個人叫了6樣嘢，包括好想食嘅叉燒酥，叉燒包也叫，必食的叉燒腸粉（嘩！原來三款叉燒點心）還有排骨鳳爪飯、煎鮮竹卷和珍珠雞。煎鮮竹卷真的好驚喜，好脆，即煎，熱辣辣，裏面D蝦好新鮮，配埋碟喼汁真係頂瓜瓜，好味到不得了。其實所有點心都應該即叫即製，好熱、好味，真係大滿足
