今日同朋友想食日本丼飯,所以去咗銅鑼灣登龍街「豊勝手丼」,店內裝修有日本既感覺,不錯呢度有廚師發辦既丼飯,就是由廚師按當日是令的食材,組合而成的丼飯,所以就叫來試試🥢廚師發辦丼 ($278) - 廚師發辦丼包括有拖羅、磯燒鮑魚、油甘魚、加拿大海膽、真鯛、深海池魚,深海池魚尤其鮮甜,另外,磯煮鮑魚也很特別,餐廳用了日本磯煮炮製,以海苔及醬汁慢火炆煮,所以食落口感富又有彈性,特大帶子香甜爽口,拖羅入口甘香肥美,配上以赤醋處理過的日本珍珠米,簡直係絕配🥢北海雲丹丼 ($248) - 北海雲丹丼內有其他款式的魚生,紫雲丹海膽、深海池魚、碎蔥吞拿魚、赤蝦;紫海膽顆粒感清晰,肉的顏色為橙色偏黃,甘甜度適中,但海水味濃,鐘意海水味啲朋友千祈唔好錯過🥢吞拿魚三文魚沙律 ($68)🥗 沙律配上砌粒的吞拿魚、 三文魚和蟹籽,沙律好新鮮,再配上酸酸的醬汁,十分開胃🥢厚燒牛舌 ($88) - 厚燒牛舌以醬汁燒,牛舌夠厚又不會韌,還帶點爽口🥢信州蘋果梳打 ($36)、🥢Suntory 生啤 ($48)蘋果🍎 梳打好飲
