To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

口味都好多選，選擇困難症嘅我地，仲可以加錢加多幾款。 最終加左帶子同花膠🥰帶子選用刺身級數，大大粒夠鮮甜花膠又稔又入味，入口滿滿膠原🥰食完即時以為自己靚咗😂😂個雞煲真係好足料，加埋配菜同醬汁，勁惹味。食完雞煲當然要追加打邊爐配料啦！我哋就揀咗極品肥牛拼深海龍躉片！ 平時食完雞煲通常都即刻加湯跟住就打邊爐烚吓烚吓啦，今次老細就教咗我哋一個隱藏食法，加湯之前就咁用佢啲汁煮熟肥牛同龍躉片！嘩！超惹味！同用湯滾又另要番風味😋除左雞煲，我地order左幾款小食。真心推介必食： 脆炸牛坑腩！外面炸到脆卜卜，牛坑腩夠稔夠入味。椒鹽鮮鮑魚，又係炸到脆卜卜，鮑魚鮮甜彈牙。真心，送酒一流仲有麻辣涼拌魷魚鬚！ 個麻辣汁超正，夠香夠麻，幾飽都忍唔住食唔停口。 好想問老闆有冇個麻辣汁外賣😂
