以前起大陸食既腸粉係一餅餅,樣衰衰又幾好吃,潮式腸粉就係咁腸粉,個樣似塊餅,入面有芽菜、冬菇、雞蛋、蝦米等材料,好爽口,加埋以豬骨熬成既芡汁,又濃又香,好好吃。另外點左個「煎蠔餅」,薄薄地,唔太油膩,最少不會看到油滴不停的慘況,香口野梗係味道郁濃,不過炸得太熱氣。

另外點左個「煎蠔餅」,薄薄地,唔太油膩,最少不會看到油滴不停的慘況,
