To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友兩個人嚟食飯，一人叫咗一杯梅酒飲 冰凍嘅梅酒入面，仲有一粒完整嘅梅酸味味，甜甜地，好開胃 手握嘅壽司叫咗三貫，分別有兩件赤貝壽司，同埋一件海膽三文魚籽花之戀 赤貝壽司好新鮮，一隻赤貝做到兩貫壽司一拎起已經滿瀉咗，差啲跌咗出嚟食落好爽口，每一啖都係鮮味花之戀都好新鮮，三文魚子脆卜卜，入面鮮甜帶鹹香，鍾意海膽嘅我十分滿意 卷物方面我叫咗個海膽炸蝦卷(青龍)入面嘅炸蝦新鮮炸起，熱辣辣，雖然比較細條，但係勝在外脆內軟側邊有少少沙律醬同埋青瓜絲，包住個飯嘅有海苔，最後上面仲有少少北海道海膽點綴，令甜味好突出 大約七點幾八點想去餐廳(7/F)嘅時候要排好耐隊 食完大概九點條龍已經清咗
