To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

#新鮮#口感千兩是新鮮的!午市定食套餐款式不算多，但味道一流。珍壽司烏冬定食的壽司很新鮮，烏冬口感好食，天婦羅香口，炸蝦好香脆，$98加一是抵食。性價比相當高。喜歡食壽司的我對於特上豐洲魚鮮壽司很滿意！牛油果赤蝦、加添蝦膏點綴，還有肉厚的帶子、肥美的甜蝦等等，灸燒三文魚腩充滿魚油又帶灸燒香氣，共10件壽司。盛惠$158加一。子薑和wasabi都要一試。平日外出午膳，我幫襯時間已過了下午2時，只需等一張枱便可入座。服務員態度良好，圓方是不同的。曾經是千兩會員的我，要出動了！
