呢度以新鮮材料見稱既火鍋,午市有粉麵食,晚市就轉做打邊邊。我地叫左個粟米冬瓜鍋,材料新鮮,成鍋根本係一煲湯咁樣,飲落清甜,無多餘既味道,粟米係甜粟,冬瓜夠補充水份。本地手切牛,雪花均衡,無太多脂肪,師傅刀功好所以切到紙咁薄。另一特色係老友鬼鬼,即係蝦滑塗係油炸鬼度,睇落過隱,但係食落就較油利,油炸鬼放湯後變得淋晒,坦白講同打邊爐唔係好襯。
