To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身唔偏愛生野,好驚食到腥味。但偏偏對海膽情有獨鍾,但都唔係好敢食,因為怕食到有臭味……不過,今日終於俾我食到100分嘅海膽淡淡海水味,大大舊有口感,係鮮味(我唔捨得一啖吞哂……)同職員傾談下,原來係日日新鮮運到,無得輸點一點啲芥末,粒粒口感,咦!係鮮磨辣根喎!再加埋跟餐嘅茶杯蛋,同沙律菜嘅構圖,完完全全一幅畫我完全感受到師傅嘅誠意,係誠意上環區這個層次,這個價錢,係物超所值雖然只係一個午餐,但我今日已經好滿足……
