這間餐廳主打海膽,而且海鮮係從西貢運送店舖,今晚我當然要品嘗海鮮湯底配合,銀針粉好似薯粉,粉條爽口蘆筍卷起豚肉味道清甜,不油膩豬頸肉肉質爽口,配上海膽汁加添碟上色彩,味道一流一刀切進菇入面芝士流出,一口海膽汁焗在菇表面,鮮甜度是無可口非的扇貝新鮮,芝士汁與海膽汁混合,帶出鮮甜口感必試難忘多士脆面內脆外面海膽汁,菜式新穎天氣炎熱,店鋪為客人調整手打奶茶,奶茶以三四款荼包合成,不會太甜茶濃郁非常同時天葵飲料是鎭店之寶,涼荼消暑解喝,入口似酸梅湯與利賓納的濃度,清新解渴,而且樽是店鋪獨家制循環物料
