天氣開始涼,最好齊齊打邊爐,暖下身...九龍城確實係一個美食集中地,今次呢間火鍋店真係令人讚不絕口!火鍋湯底有20多個,而今次選擇左椰子雞鍋,非常足料,雞隻採用新鮮雞,肉質鮮嫩滑溜。水滾起來,椰香味撲鼻。海鮮拼盤$98,有足五款海鮮:龍蝦、鮑魚、蠔、蟶子、蝦,望埋去已經流晒口水,鮑魚同龍蝦上檯時仲係好生猛,彈下彈下,真係從未試過咁新鮮嘅海鮮火鍋,又大又抵食,無得彈頂級手切牛肉味十足,油脂分佈平均,口感嫩滑,老闆教落最好唔好灼得太熟,否則會影響肉質。墨魚滑可以自由選擇加黑松露或白松露,今次揀左白松露,mix埋一齊味道好香,爽口Q彈。手打五寶丸,客人選擇加$10可以有芝士/麥提莎/黑松露/白松露饀料,今次揀左黑松露同麥提莎,松露味突出,而麥提莎味道新穎,老闆仲會特別教客人灼2分鐘左右,效果係最好,墨魚丸剛剛熟,麥提莎依然脆口,但有流心效果。雲吞必食之選,蝦肉粒粒新鮮爽口,真係好味至極。所有食物都好新鮮,絕對一讚
