平時想食點心要特登早起飲茶,宜家發現咗啲專做點心嘅小鋪,今日就去咗其中一間踩吓場!呢度原來都好多人捧場,都要等二十分鐘先有枱太耐無湯水到肚嘅我指明要咗個粉葛鯪魚赤小豆煲豬骨嘅例湯!好濃味相信落咗不少湯料先煲出噤嘅味!同平時屋企飲到嘅差唔多!好下火又大兜特登要咗啲特色點心,呢個係原隻鮑魚燒賣,係咪好高享受呢!個size都ok嫁!食落一啲肥豬肉都無魚肚水餃有啲似上湯鮮竹卷嘅感覺,魚肚發得不錯,魚肚同水餃都各有三個,份量都ok嘅,幾飽肚!藥膳雞腳到喇!藥味不太濃,淡淡的,可以飲埋啲湯,嫌油嘅就收手啦!雞腳已整得入味,輕輕一推已好容易做到骨肉分離精緻嘅煎蝦膠釀茄子,大大份彈牙蝦膠係面,茄子索埋醬汁,要一口過先食到不同層次!如果少油啲就食得放心啲 家鄉甜薄撑食落同平時食嘅好唔同,好似有啲椰絲同沙糖噤,小甜幾好食,有啲似夾餅,同檯嘅小朋友食到唔停口炸野有海皇芝士千絲卷,花巧得嚟又好食!炸得脆身,內有芝土同肉包埋一齊,但食嘅時候就要小心儀態最後整咗個椰汁桂花糕,開頭以為唔match,但原來兩者都係淡淡的無搶到對方風頭,但桂花味有啲被比下去,但都算係去一去油膩感啦!
