上年朋友帶過我去這間順德菜館食飯,一嘗難忘佢的咕嚕肉,今晚就帶了屋企人去試下。首先一定要叫這個脆皮咕噜肉,外層炸得鬆脆,裏面是心半肥瘦豬肉,正宗外脆內嫩,即使凍了依然保持香脆,而菠蘿肉更是用新鮮菠蘿,所以酸酸甜甜又多汁。其次這個得獎銅盤蒸污糟雞更是鎮店之寶,污漕雞蒸至剛熟,雞肉嫩滑,酒味濃郁,送飯一流。這裏的海鮮全都是以魚缸養著,所以十分新鮮,這個花錦鱔皇以蒜頭爆香炆煮,肉質彈牙少骨,十分入味。啫啫西芹焗魚卜味道較濃,魚卜爽彈不腥,帶點酒香,西芹爽脆。
