Restaurant: 澳門咖喱王新鮮腩
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在遠處已被那特大招牌所吸引，難道是來自＂澳門＂的＂過江龍＂名店？站在門外先來＂研究＂一下餐牌上的菜式，看見餐牌標榜使用新鮮牛腩，即管嘗試新鮮牛的味道…走進店裡已經聞到誘人的牛腩香氣，我心裡暗喜，這次大概沒有選擇錯誤，我點選了＂澳門咖喱薯仔招牌牛腩飯＂。澳門咖喱薯仔招牌牛腩飯＄59，先來咬一口牛腩，半肥半瘦，夾雜著油脂，牛腩肉質條理分明，有嚼勁，肉味鮮甜醇厚，吃得出是使用新鮮牛腩烹煮出來的成果，味道可口美味；來一口白飯，伴著咖喱汁一起來吃，陣陣咖喱香味，辣度不過份，吃罷辣味才慢慢滲出來，而且咖哩汁是加入了洋蔥、甘筍等炆煮而成，帶有蔬菜天然的香甜味，非常剌激食慾。新鮮的食材，配上精煮的醬汁，簡單的滋味。
