前排睇咗個講「執雜佬」嘅節目,挑起咗食「新鮮」牛雜嘅癮,即刻上網搵吓邊度有得食,呢間係其中一間。淨招牌牛雜($80)原來新鮮牛雜真係唔同㗎,口感完全同之前食嘅係兩回事。牛膀:粉、綿,入口用少少力已經慢慢融化開。牛肺:彈牙得嚟並唔係死死實實,咬落去有回彈感覺。金錢肚:爽口,咬落去又係有回彈感覺。草肚:軟腍,入哂味。竹腸:有大量肥膏(大愛),勁香牛脂,腸皮夠腍唔韌。粉腸:少量肥膏,加埋粉粉哋嘅口感,腸皮煙韌。全部都煮得好入味,兼且處理得好乾淨,冇任何臭味,整體味道不錯。而且份量對得住個價錢,最緊要係用新鮮牛雜,絕對值得番兜。崩沙牛腩河($40)汽水(+$3)崩沙腩牛味足,肉位夠軟腍,筋膜位(?)夠爽口,而且一啲都唔肥,完全冇痴牙,好味道。河粉唔糊口,頗滑及有彈性。湯底好清唔肥膩,但味道偏淡。如此價錢有如此份量及質素,絕對高性價比,推薦。

崩沙牛腩河($40)汽水(+$3)
崩沙腩牛味足,肉位夠軟腍,筋膜位(?)夠爽口,而且一啲都唔肥,完全冇痴牙,好味道。河粉唔糊口,頗滑及有彈性。湯底好清唔肥膩,但味道偏淡。如此價錢有如此份量及質素,絕對高性價比,推薦。
