呢排好似好興食丼飯,依家香港都有好多食丼既鋪頭不過我覺得要食好味既丼飯最容易不過最緊要係刺身夠新鮮,如果唔係,乜都係假呢度既丼飯整體都好新鮮,唔係擺到出哂水果種,而係無腥味,chill得剛好。而且剌身種類多,有海膽,拖羅,都係我的最愛,所以好有私心甘幫佢加左唔少分!而且刺身全部厚切,咬落啖啖肉,好實在。我就最中意拖羅,都幾夠肥美但又不油膩,肉質幾靚,食得過。玉子好有心思甘印上餐廳名,好有代表性呢!飯的份量剛好,始終刺身先係重點,哈哈!
