Restaurant: 澳門咖喱王新鮮腩
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

老婆最鍾意食咖喱牛腩呢啲濃味嘅食物，所以朋友推介我哋去佐敦白加士街一間澳門咖喱王新鮮牛腩專門店。去到見到佢喺門口大大隻字話自己係百分百用新鮮牛肉，真係要去試吓！雖然係茶餐廳格局，但係裝潢有啲浮誇，好友澳門餐廳嘅特色。星期日中午時分，全場滿座，我哋只需等左5分鐘就有位。為咗滿足老婆食牛腩的願望，但係阿仔又可以食得到嘅辣度，我哋叫咗個印度皇室雜菜咖喱牛腩，仲要將牛腩轉左崩沙腩。新鮮牛腩一食就知，爽口林滑，牛香十足。雖然呢個咖喱汁香甜清新，蔬果味令到佢嘅微辣剛剛好，不過老婆話下次一定要自己叫一個正宗勁辣嘅咖喱牛腩。得獎川汁乾炒牛河，呢個真係好味到冇得頂，係師傅功力夠先炒到咁乾身香口！而且啲新鮮牛肉唔係一般茶餐廳醃到淋一淋冇晒味果d，果然係得獎名菜。手打牛筋丸墨魚丸河都唔錯！紅豆冰同咖啡紅豆冰非常之正，啲紅豆大大粒，仲煲得好夠淋。
