最近都食蒸氣石鍋,皆因友人們都食厭火鍋,所以都不停食蒸氣石鍋,但揀選了呢間正宗水上人蒸氣鍋專門店,因為友人同我都覺得海鮮夠新鮮,所以再同朋友黎食。好大個玻璃魚缸,俾客人見到海鮮有幾新鮮。有套餐,也可散點海鮮菜式,當然少不了我地至愛啤酒,由於友人都不想花時間揀海鮮,所以不用煩,點了套餐A $398就可以,有幾款海鮮,還有肉及菜,最後有個粥,我們見啤酒價錢算合理,所以也點了。嘉士伯支裝才$28,算抵飲啦。等待食物時出去自取醬酒配料,超多的選擇,有成18款,有重慶醬微辛辣又惹味,仲有桂林辣醬味道幾刺激,呢兩款都幾特別。先蒸貝類,點菜前我地like facebook有沙白蜆送。沙白蜆有少少沙,蜆肉有點細,但送的沒要求,幸好都鮮甜。花蛤皇好大粒肉,脹卜卜好飽滿,鮮味十足又爽口。鑽石蜆比較爽好好咬,鮮味不算重,但冇沙而且新鮮。波士頓龍蝦唔算好大隻,但勝在有埋龍蝦鉗,所以都好多肉。肉質爽彈,好易起出龍蝦肉夠新鮮,龍蝦鮮甜味突出,值回票價。珠江奄仔蟹,唔大唔細岩岩好,清蒸食出原味。驚喜黎啦,超多蟹糕,不過蟹糕唔算濃香,creamy滑溜的蟹糕一啖吸食完,有點唔夠喉。黑松露蒸元貝,好大隻而且好厚肉。黑松露
