今日同左屋企人去食蝦棧應該係新開嘅,食飯時段滿座,我哋等左一陣先至可以入去食。我哋見到佢門口有兩個嘅魚缸,入面d水好乾淨,好多蝦都好新鮮,行嚟行去行嚟行去咁。我哋叫咗兩個蝦煲,一個係避風塘味,另外一個係鹹蛋黃味,兩個真係非常惹味。避風塘嗰種就有濃濃嘅蒜香味,而鹹蛋黃嗰個就係有超香嘅鹹蛋黃同埋鹹蛋黃油兩個都不相伯仲,都係咁好味。但係記住一定要用手食,咁先至食到佢嘅原汁原味。我哋叫咗個醉雞卷同埋黑白墨魚卷,黑白墨魚卷有啲似酒樓嘅鮮蝦腐皮卷,唔使形容都知都係好食啦,熱辣辣家常冇芫莤,好食到想嗌多碟。醉雞卷肉質比較鞋,但係尚算入味,如果能夠將肉質保持鮮嫩會更上一層樓。我哋叫咗兩個菜,一個係羽衣甘藍,另外一個係普通油麥菜。羽衣甘藍佢整到好似豆苗咁,仲有佢用上湯浸過,超級好味,又健康又好味,所以一定要叫!我哋想叫返一樣傳統台式野,就叫咗葱抓餅,好新鮮熱辣辣好煙un, 即刻令我想飛返轉台北食夜市傢感覺,完全冇誇大,你試咗就會明!我哋最後仲叫咗個番薯雪糕,佢真係比較番薯我哋,好得意,我地問吓個侍應,先知原來個番薯雪糕係made in JAPAN,連雪糕都咁用心,由日本空運過嚟,真係下次妮食都一定要叫雪

好得意,我地問吓個侍應,先知原來個番薯雪糕係made in JAPAN,連雪糕都咁用心,由日本空運過嚟,真係下次妮食都一定要叫雪糕!
