To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

康記在屈地街已開業超過三十年，由屈地街公園下面搬左上一後行，座位多了，裝修靚左d記得細個跟老豆去幫襯阿嫂(即康媽)，轉眼間已經卅年，由小學食到大學再出黎做野一陣子，多年來風味不變豬手，康記多年來堅持定用新鮮豬手，多數都炆得好霖(間中一次也有失手)好入味，另外我亦鐘意牛筋同樣好入味。食康記d撈麵最正真係個汁，真係一流！如果多人再整多個炸魚皮仲正！再配冰凍啤酒，簡直一流出來做野後，反而叫多左朋友過來西環幫襯，希望將小店發揚一下，其實在石塘咀想食宵夜的地方已經不多，康記係碩果僅存肯營業到凌晨的小店了
