To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很久沒去打邊爐了,今晚我和男朋友就來到屋企附近吃粥底火鍋。店子裝修很新淨,環境乾淨整潔。每個set價錢是198不包括飲品,套餐包括規定的海鮮和另外5款自選火鍋配料。海鮮包括肉蟹、基圍蝦、鮑魚、大蜆、細蜆、沙白和多寶魚。在枱的一邊有timer和指引,不怕會overcook。原本有花膠可以點,但已經賣完了,所以就點了其他配料。肉蟹肉多且鮮甜,啖啖肉。不過膏比較少,所以粥底裡蟹膏味也比較淡,如果換成多膏的蟹種可能會更好。基圍蝦上枱時還活跳跳的,十分新鮮!蝦頭很多膏,蝦身的肉肥厚爽口,充滿了蝦的鮮味。蜆類大蜆的肉爽口彈牙,有甜甜的鮮味。細蜆和沙白味道比大蜆更加鮮甜,我喜歡細蜆的味道很濃郁。沒有一隻蜆沒有張開,可見食材十分新鮮。鮑魚味道很鮮甜,口感彈牙滑溜,令人想再吃多隻呢!多寶魚肉質很嫩滑,魚味較淡,也許是因為粥底裡的海鮮味不夠濃吧。甜津白是店家送的,大大片,爽口清甜。美國肥牛切得很薄,雪花分佈平均,在粥裡輕輕撥兩下就熟了。牛味濃郁,入口軟滑。黑毛豬腩片豬腩一向是我的大愛,肥肉和瘦肉比例平均,豬肉味道香濃。墨魚滑店家自製,分成4塊放入粥裡煮,直至變硬了才可以吃。十分彈牙,墨魚味十足。黃金響鈴放

吃完所有配料後,在粥裡加入粟米、南瓜、芋頭、菜莆、雞蛋等等,再煮一會兒就完成了。粥裡現在有各種食材的鮮味,十分滋味暖胃。
