今日同男朋友行完山,決定食日本菜慰勞自己。鮨一沙律無論係蔬菜番茄定魚生都好新鮮,魚生有好多種類:三文魚、吞拿魚、八爪魚等等,作為開胃菜相當唔錯。日本真蠔兩隻大大隻,上面既配料辣辣地,但一齊食都唔會蓋過生蠔既鮮甜肥美。白子刺身第一次食,係時令食品,口感軟綿綿,帶魚生味道,好新奇。池魚王切成薄薄一片,好考刀功,亦食到佢既鮮味。鹽燒白鱔燒到魚皮好脆,肉質肥美。免治雞肉(自家製) 沾蛋黄一齊食,增添滑溜感。清酒煮蜆好有水準,蜆大大隻得黎又好鮮甜,配埋個湯一齊飲,好正。入面仲有幾舊白蘿蔔,所以個湯飲到蘿蔔味。燒子持香魚好多卵子,鍾意食卵子既人會好鍾意。
