今次係男朋友介紹黎食,黎到深水埗,日本風既大門俾人感覺純樸簡單,從遠處已吸引其他人目光。而「宗像屋」最出名就係新鮮魚蓉飯。餐牌上選擇唔多,就只有「梅蘭匊竹」四個,價錢都因應魚生數量108-298不等,同整個飯既份量而定,對於選擇困難的人黎講,正﹗而今次第一次食,就食左最基本的「梅」。等候過程,可以睇吓枱附近會有食魚生飯既指引,佢先會上黎片魚生伴芝麻醬,叫你食左一片先,留番一片最後食漬飯食﹗平時大家都意食一片片既魚生飯,但其生魚生蓉都唔會比「片上」差﹗點解?今次食就可以體會到﹗因為魚蓉將不同魚既脂肪味道帶出黎,非常魚油勁香勁柔滑,而加上其他魚細細粒既質感,每一啖都好似有幾條魚游走係口腔中咁﹗豉油佢係偏淡,等你有少少咸味更開胃又唔會蓋過魚生既鮮甜,想得周到﹗最後,食剩3分1,會建議你搵店員加湯俾你,暖下胃,熱騰騰既湯加上去再放埋最後一片魚上去,真係暖胃之餘又再滿足啲﹗(不過個人認為魚片浸落湯冇咁鮮,鍾意魚生既可以食左去,之後剩係食漬飯餐具擺位講究、整齊,令人感到好舒適自在。
