To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

人氣爆燈嘅金華，就算係平日，都係坐無虛值，麵包不停出。炸雞亦配蛋撻，熱奶茶，三十蚊，超值。一叫即到，仲係熱辣辣，雞亦炸得脆嫩，少少鹹，好食。主角蛋撻十分好食！蛋漿香而不死甜，酥皮鬆軟得黎唔散，無油膩感，食完完全想食多個，唔停很口。雞扒三文治，同樣一叫即到，雞扒仲燙口。酸酸地嘅蕃茄，少少生菜，balance返雞扒嘅肉感，又係好好味。招牌熱奶茶，無敵好飲，香，滑，飲完一杯又係想encore嘅。食下午茶嘅短短時間內，菠蘿包同蛋撻起碼出左十次以上，咁新鮮熱辣辣，硬好食啦！！
