天氣凍凍哋,去食個時興清蒸海鮮九層塔...我哋叫咗雞煲做底,再有8款海鮮!建議分幾次蒸,每次1-2層咁,咁啲海鮮就唔會過熟啦~~等我逐一介紹下。 大扇貝:原隻帶子肉厚味鮮,蒸熟之後仲好甜添鮮鮑魚:望落得幾隻咁(以人數計),其實每人一隻都好夠,爽口而且一啲都靭蟹:除咗蟹殼好硬之外,蟹肉好甜,絕對唔駛沾任何醬汁蜆仔:呢個就唔特別,送上檯已經打開哂,再蒸有啲靭 另外仲有...細隻龍蝦:蒸熟之後橙紅色好靚,肉質彈牙,又多蝦膏,鍾意食膏嘅人唔可以錯過龍躉肉:油份較多嘅魚肉,肉厚,但唔多特別,如果有得揀,我唔想食呢種魚,唔太環保 花甲:都係老咗啲 數嚟數去得7款海鮮,因為今晚無蝦,所以送咗我哋每人一隻即開生蠔!😆😆😆Medium body,只需要沾啲檸檬汁,入口清新,正!忍唔住encore咗😝 最後係個湯底,我哋揀咗雞煲,呢個雞煲集合咗所有海鮮精華,真係超濃郁,下次要試粥底先,連汁都食埋先夠徹底!👍🏻

龍躉肉:油份較多嘅魚肉,肉厚,但唔多特別,如果有得揀,我唔想食呢種魚,唔太環保
