To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六下午抗疫疲勞落街搵嘢食，所有餐廳都迫爆😱同一商場三間餐廳全部撳曬飛邊間最先有位入邊間最後元氣壽司跑出人多流量特別新鮮我已急不及待胡亂點餐海膽墨魚好味貝殼類極之新鮮每件壽司都泛起立立令嘅油光吞拿魚亦都呈現好新鮮嘅紅色連啲蝦壽司都特別弹牙軟殼蟹手捲脆卜卜嘅紫菜包住好軟嘅飯再包住脆卜卜嘅軟殼蟹好味跟住再叫兩個烏冬嚟飽肚湯底好味烏冬亦都好滑最後再叫一個泡芙做甜品整體來說食物好新鮮忠告大家想食新鮮嘅壽司就越多人排隊嗰間就食嗰間
