👍🏻 吉列炸帆立貝配他他醬:四個字形容外脆內軟,外層包上簿簿嘅天婦羅,裏面係晶瑩剔透嘅帆立貝,食到材料嘅新鮮同帆立貝一絲絲嘅感覺

👍🏻 穴子:即係海鰻,肉質非常軟冧同香滑!穴子面頭仲有微微燒過,再掃上用穴子魚骨調製嘅醬汁同埋山椒粉,識落有少少焦香同入口即溶嘅感覺,食完真係返唔到轉頭💕

👍🏻 海膽軍艦: 由北海道直送嘅海膽, 29係代表海膽嘅名次,識落鮮甜軟滑,冇喳同腥味,食到好新鮮嘅感覺

👍🏻拖羅:呢款拖羅食落係有咬口,越咬越甘香


👍🏻 用咗白魚,例如平靜魚啲魚骨熬製,所以熬出嚟係奶白色,飲落充滿魚嘅鮮甜味道

飲落有蜜柑香甜,但係係好易入口! 吾算重酒味,一啖壽司再飲啖酒仲可以提升食材既鮮味
Ps: 餐廳經常full booking,建議大家早一星期預訂。午餐價錢就比較平,可以比大家過下口癮🥰
