炸雞就食得多即製嘅燒雞香港就真係難搵啦🐥最近喺元朗開咗間窯燒雞餐廳門口放咗三大個窯 以高溫窯燒嘅方法燒至雞皮外脆 同時鎖住雞嘅肉汁 令雞肉保持嫩滑!喺等候期間仲叫咗兩款小食🍢🔸窯燒特大燒賣 HKD48平時食開蒸燒賣 估唔到燒賣都可以拎嚟燒燒賣比坊間嘅大粒 而且魚肉味濃 燒完之後真係外脆內軟中意辣嘅仲可以點埋辣粉 更加滋味🔹窯燒椒麻肉丸 HKD48除咗燒賣 見呢個椒麻肉丸都幾特別肉丸外皮燒至乾身 更加突顯到肉丸豐富嘅肉汁而且仲好彈牙!🔸招牌窯燒雞HKD198坐低咗之後店員叫我哋等十分鐘而喺呢十分鐘入面都見到有好多人買外賣就知今次冇嚟錯地方😌講返隻燒雞先 上枱嘅時候雞皮燒至金黃色餐廳會附上鉸剪同手套 一剪開雞油雞汁已經燒哂出嚟仲要出煙㗎 真係新鮮熱辣辣出爐一啖咬落雞皮度 仲脆過食薯片😳因為雞皮下面冇多餘油脂 足以令薄薄嘅雞皮可以燒到乾脆雞肉亦都非常juicy!💦不得不讚師傅嘅時間掌控得好好真係無食過咁嫩滑多汁嘅雞肉!另外調味都啱啱好 完全唔會遮蓋燒雞本身嘅鮮味(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)可能係窯燒嘅關係 熱度都可以保持得好好就算食到一半隻雞都仲係熱到燙手🔥🚩客家人窯燒雞 元朗西裕街5號金福閣地下2號舖

講返隻燒雞先 上枱嘅時候雞皮燒至金黃色
餐廳會附上鉸剪同手套
一剪開雞油雞汁已經燒哂出嚟
仲要出煙㗎 真係新鮮熱辣辣出爐
一啖咬落雞皮度 仲脆過食薯片😳
因為雞皮下面冇多餘油脂
足以令薄薄嘅雞皮可以燒到乾脆
雞肉亦都非常juicy!💦
