炸雞就食得多即製嘅燒雞香港就真係難搵啦🐥最近喺元朗開咗間窯燒雞餐廳門口放咗三大個窯 以高溫窯燒嘅方法燒至雞皮外脆 同時鎖住雞嘅肉汁 令雞肉保持嫩滑!喺等候期間仲叫咗兩款小食🍢🔸窯燒特大燒賣 HKD48平時食開蒸燒賣 估唔到燒賣都可以拎嚟燒燒賣比坊間嘅大粒 而且魚肉味濃 燒完之後真係外脆內軟中意辣嘅仲可以點埋辣粉 更加滋味🔹窯燒椒麻肉丸 HKD48除咗燒賣 見呢個椒麻肉丸都幾特別肉丸外皮燒至乾身 更加突顯到肉丸豐富嘅肉汁而且仲好彈牙!🔸招牌窯燒雞HKD198坐低咗之後店員叫我哋等十分鐘而喺呢十分鐘入面都見到有好多人買外賣就知今次冇嚟錯地方😌講返隻燒雞先 上枱嘅時候雞皮燒至金黃色餐廳會附上鉸剪同手套 一剪開雞油雞汁已經燒哂出嚟仲要出煙㗎 真係新鮮熱辣辣出爐一啖咬落雞皮度 仲脆過食薯片😳因為雞皮下面冇多餘油脂 足以令薄薄嘅雞皮可以燒到乾脆雞肉亦都非常juicy!💦不得不讚師傅嘅時間掌控得好好真係無食過咁嫩滑多汁嘅雞肉!另外調味都啱啱好 完全唔會遮蓋燒雞本身嘅鮮味(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)可能係窯燒嘅關係 熱度都可以保持得好好就算食到一半隻雞都仲係熱到燙手🔥🚩客家人窯燒雞 元朗西裕街5號金福閣地下2號舖 continue reading

朋友介紹呢間燒雞真係好正😉食過保證唔會後悔❤️門口已經見到入面有幾個瓦缸係度用黎燒雞😁建議大家早D打電話黎預約定燒雞,咁就唔使等😋 我地就預約定,所以坐低5分鐘左右就熱辣辣原隻燒雞上枱。隻燒雞一上枱已經好香,原隻咁樣上枱真係忍唔住影低幾張相😋熱辣辣一撕開,已經勁多雞油同埋肉汁滴出嚟,好juicy ! 雞皮好香脆,好薄好似玻璃紙咁😍燒到金黃色,脆過食薯片!香脆嘅程度真係連雞頸同埋雞髀骨,都脆到卡卡聲🤩雞肉十分嫩滑!全隻雞由頭到尾都好嫩😂連雞胸咁厚肉嘅位置,都可以燒到好似雞髀位啲肉咁滑身👍🏻又多肉汁,真係食到吮晒手指😋而且隻雞都幾大隻!兩個成年人食一隻雞都差D食唔晒😁價錢仲好抵!食一隻燒雞$200都唔使,出邊街市買一隻雞成本都150-160啦!呢間仲要燒得咁好味🤤性價比真係極高。我仲叫咗兩個冷盤小菜,桂花車厘茄同雞腳😉個車厘茄仲剝埋皮呀🤩老闆真係好有誠意做食物😍個桂花糖水底又香甜,我食完啲車厘茄仲飲埋啲汁😂個雞腳都好好味,好香沙薑同埋其他香料味道👍🏻都好值得一試。呢間餐廳味道真心正!滿分💯必食推介👍🏻 continue reading

朋友最近講開,係新䈬崗食左窯燒雞話好好食,咁啱元朗都有一間,近近地走去買隻。元朗個間除左窯燒雞仲有其他窯燒系列,燒賣同三寶丸都係出面無既。鋪頭入有三大隻窯,好壯觀,隻雞真係原隻放入去窯燒,一拎隻雞出黎已經聞到好香,窯到成隻雞有雞油包住,雞皮窯燒得顏色好均勻。佢地仲有賣自家煲既金果白菊茶,飲得出金羅漢果味。拎到隻雞返家都仲熱辣辣,入面有即棄手套。自己煲左個白飯配雞食。一撕開隻雞脾出黎,啲雞油湧晒出黎,勁juicy,完全鎖晒啲肉汁係隻雞內,啲雞油多到拎去撈飯超正。雞肉超嫩,雞皮好脆口。一隻雞$198,份量夠3-4人食,男朋友話好好食,雞頸都食埋。 continue reading
