泰拳盛行,包括女學徒,因為運動量高,有減肥神效,我就覺得太辛苦了,倒不如到訪本地拳王開的餐廳品嚐美食更好。店之內外皆展示了拳王之戰績,想來,開家店擺放自己的奬狀予人欣賞,比較放在家中孤芳自賞有意思。店內自然有主理人之照片,黑色為主色調,裝潢似酒廊,椅子特別,有鎖鏈在背面。供應傳統泰菜,亦有少量菜式略添新意。蝦片自動送上,如粵菜的花生,是餐前小吃,但需收費;每碟收$10,比餐牌價平半,算是半賣半送嗎?質硬但脆,有蝦香,佐酒適宜。香辣蟹肉夜明珠出場精緻,小器皿盛著,一客5粒,完整的茘枝內釀入日式芥末及蟹肉,味覺的新感受,不算討好但不討厭,如果能用上新鮮及更甜的茘枝,也許口感更有變化,似乎玩味多一點。冬陰功(細)熱辣原爐上,是預期的複雜酸甜泰味,調味恰當,不過不失,有兩只大蝦,可惜雪藏過久,肉質已經近乎糜爛,這一點不可取。大頭蝦 幸好多點了燒大頭蝦,這兩只就新鮮肉彈得多,燒得有心機,保持肉汁,香嫩鮮美。泰北燒雞半隻 見圖介紹,海南雞似乎是招牌,但食伴要求試燒雞,亦無妨。選擇正確,燒至香口皮脆,果然是泰北風味之燒雞香,配酸汁合拍,提升香惹及醒神;可惜雞胸位嚡口,有改善空間。班蘭千層糕精彩在後頭
