A姐:M佬!前面火燭呀!快啲走呀!M佬:傻豬!白色煙唔係火燭啦,去睇吓咩事先!就係咁,我哋就行去睇吓發生咩事!原來喺餐廳 — 銅鑼灣奈良上釜Kamameshi — 門口放咗一個大大個嘅釜飯碗,仲噴緊煙添!我哋去日本都未食過釜飯,既然一場嚟到,就同A姐成個大鄉里咁試吓釜飯啦!連A姐都唔識嘅釜飯,其實姐係日本版嘅煲仔飯,大家又知唔知係點整架呢?其實就係將米啦、上湯啦、食材啦,全部放入鍋中,再蓋上木蓋燜煮,所以出到嚟啲米飯係完全吸收晒上湯同配料嘅精華!奈良七盛釜飯喺釜飯製作過程中,先上前菜、沙律、煮物同三色刺身。前菜有醃物、醃蘿蔔、麻醬豆腐同蒸蛋;煮物就有冬菇煮南瓜;而三色刺身就有油甘魚、吞拿魚同甜蝦。其中最驚喜嘅係蒸蛋,除咗夠晒足料,有蝦肉、蟹肉、三文魚子、冬菇同黑松露之外,個蛋係滑過A姐塊面呀!今晚嘅主角一終於上台,打開七盛釜飯,個種鮮味真係好pure,再數數有邊7樣嘢先:包括有蟹肉、海蝦、鮑魚、三文魚子、冬菇、白木菇同三葉。嘩!睇見都流晒口水!由釜飯𢳂落個碗度,記住加埋三文魚子,我食喇!成碗飯嘅味道好鮮,但重口味嘅朋友或者會嫌淡,但佢嘅賣點正正就係原汁原味,食到尾嘅話,仲有焦香味十足嘅

喺釜飯製作過程中,先上天婦羅松葉蟹同松葉蟹腳。天婦羅松葉蟹炸到好香脆之餘,仍不失蟹味;而大廚已預先將松葉蟹腳𠝹開部份蟹殼,方便大家進食,啱晒嫌食蟹煩嘅A姐!蟹肉鮮甜多汁,yummy~~
