To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚同朋友來到丼丼屋，我們好幸運不用等位。我本來想要點一份兒童餐，但店員說12歲以下才能點，頓時覺得很好笑，店員也很風趣說我看上去也像但可惜不是，很好笑🤣🤣後來我們點了滑蛋吉列豬扒丼和三色海鮮丼，朋友的是滑蛋吉列豬扒丼，而我的是三色海鮮丼。三色海鮮丼包括有三文魚、吞拿魚和油甘魚。上面有一塊紫蘇葉跟少量薑片和即磨wasabi。魚生入口就知道很新鮮，調好豉油wasabi醬汁，淋入魚生飯裏面，一口飯一口魚生一口薑片，很美味呀🤤因為我是非常喜歡吃紫蘇葉的😅，所以特意嘗試問問店員可以多要幾塊嗎？她說幫我問問，隨即走進㕑房幫我問師傅。過了不久就見到她端著一個小碟，裝住我最愛的紫蘇葉😍，真的有呀，謝謝師傅👍🏻
