To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本少爺近日瘋狂地愛上吃「GROVE」的沙律，是瘋狂到要花一千元去 join VIP 會員儲值咭 (會員購物有九折啊！)其中一個本人的至愛就是「煙三文魚蟹籽什果沙律」。「GROVE」的食物一向出名新鮮，大都是即做起不久，沙律完全不會有「出水」的情況。什果粒清爽，混上蟹籽吃「pop pop」聲，三文魚又夠肥美，賣＄34 我個人就覺得物有所值。另一點想反影的是近日「GROVE」都聚滿了買了團購 coupon 的朋友，付款經常要大排長龍，弄食物的人手也有點不足的情況。希望店方可以多加留意！
