此店在北角匯商場1樓,走扶手電梯上去就很容易找到。裝修屬開放式,可看到厨師們煮麵的步驟:把拉麵碗放入蒸爐上蒸熱,把厚厚一層油的豬骨湯倒入,再放進煮熟的麵條和其他食材,如香腸、叉燒、蔥花、糖心蛋等,便可完成。送上桌上的拉麵無論碗內碗外均都熱騰騰,吃上口味道一般,整口均是滿滿的豬油。我叫了沾麵配上黑蒜汁,雖然扁平的麵條一口咬下去本身頗Q,但它的黑蒜沾汁也真是太油膩了,而且黑蒜的香味不夠突出,吃了2、3口就膩到撐飽咯。小食是日本直送的炸小魚一份,加上青檸汁,味道雖沒什麽魚味但感覺還好。
