To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又到AEON 購物日,我們先到灣景廣場內的「百芳池上」用膳,再去購物。我們在超市已聞到很香的炸雞味,於是便點了兩個有炸雞的便當,再加飲品和小食。“香酥炸雞腿便當”, 一大隻炸雞脾,外皮酥脆,特別甘香,雞肉鮮嫩多汁。便當內有爽口的粉絲,軟滑的米飯,再配上炒香的肉碎和甜菜脯和粟米粒,還有半隻滷水蛋,單是便當本身已經非常美味,加上雞脾,更加相得益彰。“香酥雞翼便當”,炸雞翼和炸雞脾一樣酥香十足,但肉質更加細緻嫩滑,口感特佳。“台灣香腸”,必試的小食。香脆無比,是我吃過最好味的香腸。“黑糖紅豆鮮奶”,經典鎮店飲品之一。紅豆腍軟,奶滑,黑糖微微焦香,非常可口,我每次到來都會喝一杯的。“芝士奶蓋紅莓果茶”, 紅莓果茶上面蓋上一層厚厚的濃芝士,攪勻後,便成了一杯果味奶,口感還不錯,很特別。人均消費不到九十元,是一頓CP值非常高的晚餐。
